Terms of Use

These terms cover using this website and booking time at GameCamp in Warsaw. By sending a booking or using the site, you agree to what's below. If something here doesn't work for you, email us before you book.

Using the site

The site is here to show what we offer and let you request a booking. Use it as intended — don't try to break, overload or scrape it, and don't submit false details in the form. The content is ours; please don't republish it as your own.

Bookings

Sending the form is a request to hold a box, station or seat, not a finished purchase. A booking is confirmed once we reply. We may need to adjust a time or seat if the field is full, and we'll tell you if that happens. Prices are shown in Polish złoty and can change, but a confirmed booking keeps its quoted price.

Tournament rules

LAN tournaments run on the venue's posted format, schedule and code of conduct, shared with every registered player before the event. Matches are scored on skill. Any prize is a trophy or merch — never a cash payout. We may reseed, pause or reschedule a bracket to keep the event fair, and referees' calls on the day are final. Players who break the rules, abuse others or tamper with equipment can be removed without refund.

On the field

Treat the space and the gear with care and treat other players decently. We can end a session without refund for behaviour that puts people or equipment at risk, or that breaks the venue rules posted on site. Look after your own belongings.

Payment

You pay at the front desk when you arrive, or by invoice for team and event bookings. We never collect card details through this website.

Liability

We keep the venue running as reliably as we can, but we can't promise the site or every station is available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or the venue.
